Returns
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We understand that there would be occasions where you may want to cancel your order or return the merchandise.
Cancellations:

We have no problems refunding your payment if you cancel your order, before it has been shipped. We ship very promptly, usually within 24 hours of your placing the order. However, if the order has been cancelled after it has been shipped, we will be able to refund the payment, once you return the merchandise. (Pls see Returns Policy)

Returns / Exchanges:

In our experience, some of the common reasons for returns or exchanges are as follows:

a) Size Mismatch: Please consult our size chart prior to ordering. We recommend buying a size that is at least 2 to 3 inches larger than your bust size. FOR COTTONS, we strongly recommend one size larger than your regular size. This takes care of the slight shrinkage that all cotton fabrics undergo after the first wash.

b) Color mismatch: Our merchandise is photographed using professional models in studio conditions. The colors / shades could therefore look slightly different in natural light. Please take care of the above before ordering so that you can avoid returns.

 Returns Policy:

Returns are messy, both for you and us :-) . However, if you wish to return for any of the above reasons, we will refund the payment as long as the following conditions are met:

a) Advance Intimation:

Please send us an advance intimation of your return by emailing us.

The intimation as well as the actual return needs to be sent within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please cite the reason for your return in your e-mail. It helps us find ways to avoid disappointing you in future :-)

b) Condition of Merchandise

Please return the merchandise in pristine condition – the same way it was, when you bought it. All items are checked for damages or defects before shipping. If we find that the merchandise has obviously been used (perfume / body odor / laundered and other tell tale signs) or damaged, even though we don’t like to do so, we may have no option but to regret your request for a refund.

c) Shipping:

Shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us will need to be borne by you. You can therefore send it back to us by the most economical shipping option. We will not be able to reimburse you for the shipping or customs charges that you incur Address for shipping the Returns:

d) Amount to be refunded: If returns are due to a problem with the order such as wrong item being shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

However, if you are returning or exchanging because the size you ordered does not fit you well, we will do the following:

For items that were sent with specific shipping charges such as Express / Priority / Overseas (i.e. locations outside the US), the actual shipping amount in full or pro-rata basis (for partial returns) will be deducted from the original payment being refunded.

Once we initiate the refund, it takes 7 to 10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your credit / debit card. If your original source of funds was your PayPal account, then the funds are credited back to your account instantaneously.

Exchanges Policy:

Exchanges are very time consuming and require multiple interactions with clients for alternate options available / not available. Therefore we do not offer Exchanges. As long as your meet the criteria mentioned in the Returns policy, we will refund the applicable amount to you, so that you can place a fresh order for the items you wish to buy.
